Chadsgrove, a school committed to meeting the unique educational needs of students with physical disabilities and complex health requirements, continually strives to enhance its facilities to further enrich student learning experiences.
Critical Challenge – In its original state, Chadsgrove was dependent on a neighbouring school for its electrical supply, without any dedicated provision for itself. However, as the institution expanded, accommodating over 140 students, numerous modifications and expansions were necessary.
Disaster Averted – Following two perilous incidents of fire in the power supply room at Catshill Middle School, it became imperative to provide Chadsgrove with an independent electrical supply.
Due to our stellar track record and excellent rapport with Chadsgrove, the decision was made to entrust the project to BGE once again. They were impressed with the caliber of our work and our professional conduct.
BGE meticulously constructed the housing and excavated the trench to establish a connection with Western Power on Meadow Road. Subsequently, we connected this to the newly installed panel DB within the school – another testament to BGE’s skills and capabilities. The accompanying photographs reveal the commendable proficiency of our engineers and building team in action. We are immensely proud of this achievement and are committed to providing services that exceed client expectations.
