Steve’s reputation for high-quality work and value for money grew and now Bayliss Group Electrics (BGE) is known for its technical expertise and many years of experience in the electrical industry. With a highly skilled team of 8 fully qualified and insured electricians, Bayliss Group never uses sub-contractors and is supported by friendly and knowledgeable staff at the head office in Studley, Warwickshire.

Steve Bayliss
DIRECTOR
Steve founded Bayliss Group Electrics back in 2012. Since then, has been working non-stop growing this business, and developing Bayliss Group Contracting and Bayliss Group Systems. Steve loves going out to meet new clients and customers, he is always keen to make new relationships work. The initial great feedback we receive on a job is what keeps driving him forward to achieve above and beyond for our customers.
Steve is still hard at work as an engineer when he’s not in the office, but is quickly realising our junior electricians are close to outsmarting him on jobs! When not working, you’ll find Steve spending time with his three boys or out running!

Stacey
ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Stacey joined Bayliss Group Electrics in November 2021. Since then, she has also been involved with running Bayliss Group Maintenance. Her job role has quickly differed throughout the year and she has picked up and learnt a lot along the way. She loves to spend time with her family at weekends, and mainly finding new adventures with her 5 year old boy!
Kelly
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTS MANAGER
Kelly joined Bayliss Group Electrics in January 2020. Since then, her hard work and dedication to the company allowed us to grow during a very difficult year for many, because of this Kelly is referred to as BGE’s Mom. She has two boys of her own but has seemingly adopted our 8 electricians as her own! Her background in care and customer service is proven with her attitude and kindness in dealing with all our clients. When she is not providing a call out service at the weekend, Kelly loves spending time with her children, following them and their hobbies.
Amy
JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Amy joined the team at the end of 2020, having started her apprenticeship in Business Administration. She is currently involved in developing the website and bringing you updates via social media (please give us a follow!). She loves the variety of work she is faced with, and is always up for a challenge! When not working or on snapchat, Amy loves being with her friends, shopping (obviously) and eating out.

Karl
OPERATIONAL MANAGER
Karl has worked for Bayliss Group Electrics since the beginning with Steve. His hard work and regimental attitude has been an asset to our growing company. He enjoys a challenge and You won’t find him standing still for too long! He loves to be tested and is constantly pushing himself and the electrical team to learn and achieve more. Outside of work, Karl is all about his family. Spending time with his two little girls and enjoying bike rides in the countryside.
Ryan
ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR / QS
Ryan joined the team back in 2014 as an apprentice and has risen through the ranks to become a supervisor. His hard work, chatty nature and conscientiousness will see him go far. He loves ALL things domestic work, but nothing makes Ryan happier than leaving a customer pleased with the work completed. Aside from work, Ryan loves going to watch the Villa. However, due to a “career ending” injury, he now plays cricket, as well as socialising with his family and friends.
HAYDEN
JUNIOR ELECTRICIAN
Hayden’s another new team member for last year. Hayden is enjoying the learning experience from his seniors, expanding his knowledge. He will pass his course in no time! Hayden’s very busy outside of work, playing badminton and swimming, and spending time with friends. If you can’t find him on land, you may find him sailing around the UK!
JUSTIN
JUNIOR ELECTRICIAN
Justin has been with us since September 2021 and has quickly grown confident
in his skill set, making his way up to now having his own van and leading his own
jobs. Outside of work Justin enjoys spending time with his family & friends and
taking out his 2 young girls.
LOUIS
ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
Louis is one of our apprentice’s and has one year left before he’s fully qualified! He loves working on domestic and commercial rewires. He’s an easy target for the rest of our electrician’s, always being the target for a prank. Louis loves to spend the weekends at the gym and playing football for Redditch Borough, with our other apprentice Joe.
JOE
ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
Joe is our latest apprentice, starting in July 2020. He is really enjoying learning everything and all the new skills that come with it. Joe is very busy outside of work playing centre back for Redditch Borough, as well as gaining his black belt in Karate (watch out)!. When Joe’s not doing all of this you’ll find him walking his Cocker Spaniel, Nessa.
JACK
ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
Jack is our newest team member, starting with us in July 2022. Jack is excited to see what the road ahead brings and is working very closely with our Supervisors Karl & Ryan who are guiding him with the best attention to detail! Outside of work you can find Jack playing on the wing for Kings Norton Rugby team.
ALEX
ELECTRICAL APPRENTICE
Alex started his journey with us at the beginning of 2022 and is learning a lot along the way. Besides home time, Alex mostly enjoys learning the testing parts of the job. Outside of work Alex likes to spend time with his friends & socialising.
